One thing many people will agree with is that this year has been an exceptionally brutal winter.  Spring break will come as a well-deserved break from the harsh, freezing temperatures up north.  Seasonal depression (Seasonal Affective Disorder) during the winter months can really get you down.

From 1998-2013, Tiger Woods was the face of EA Sports' golf division. EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf was a staple among golf fans that were looking to play as their favorite golfers on their favorite video game console.

In 2013, EA Sports ended their 16 year relationship with Woods and the game took a temporary hiatus while the company decided who the new face would be. We now have that answer.

EA Sports released the cover of their 2015 edition and Palm Beach Gardens resident and World #1 Rory Mcllroy is the new cover of the game. In addition, like Woods, the game will be named after Rory, titled EA Sports Rory Mcllroy PGA Tour Golf.

Big Box Store Jupiter

A parcel of land located adjacent to Donald Ross Road was purchased by a developer for $22.75 million!

The entire property was once owned by Kolter Group and was 41 acres. Kolter Group paid $13.9 million for the entire piece of land in 2013 and now has sold 21 of their acres to Brock Developing Corp. Last week, Brock Developing Corp. of Palm Beach Gardens closed on the 21-acre section of the vacant land for $22.75 million. Brock Developing Corp. is planning to build a 350,000 square foot shopping center. Although the plans for the development of a big box store have been released Brock Developing Corp. has not released any information on which big box juggernaut will lease the space.  The site will be a part of the proposed Alton Town Center, which…

From March 16th to March 20th, the Palm Beach Gardens Golf Course will be holding a "March Madness Spring Break Golf Camp" for children ages 5-17.

The camp will feature the NCAA Basketball Tournament's "March Madness" theme. The week will begin with participants representing some of college basketball's powerhouse teams. The participants will then train and compete in a "Final Four" style bracket for different competitions to see which team will win the Palm Beach Gardens March Madness.
