A parcel of land located adjacent to Donald Ross Road was purchased by a developer for $22.75 million!

The entire property was once owned by Kolter Group and was 41 acres. Kolter Group paid $13.9 million for the entire piece of land in 2013 and now has sold 21 of their acres to Brock Developing Corp. Last week, Brock Developing Corp. of Palm Beach Gardens closed on the 21-acre section of the vacant land for $22.75 million. Brock Developing Corp. is planning to build a 350,000 square foot shopping center. Although the plans for the development of a big box store have been released Brock Developing Corp. has not released any information on which big box juggernaut will lease the space.  The site will be a part of the proposed Alton Town Center, which will feature adjacent residential sites built by Kolter.

Some of the other local developments built by Brock Developing Corp. include: the 196,000 square foot Donald Ross Village Center in Palm Beach Gardens, as well as the 106,000 square foot Abacoa Plaza with a Publix in Jupiter. They also revamped the 150,000 square foot Publix center in the Gardens Towne Center off Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
