Golfers are getting ready for the 21st Annual Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament happening on October 15th at the Boca West Country Club. The tournament was started in 1997 and has tripled in participation over the last decade with 340 golfers attending last year's tournament which raised $465,000 for the foundation.

The annual tournament benefits the hospital’s nursing program, with the goal to support recruitment, retention, continuing education, and quality of care for patients.

The 36th annual Swing For Kids Charity Golf Classic will be held this Saturday, September 22nd, benefiting Achievement Centers for Children & Families. The event always is a huge success and lots of fun for everyone participating.

Brooks Koepka, a Jupiter resident and Cardinal Newman High School graduate, won his second 2018 major title at the 100th PGA Championship on Sunday, totaling three major championships in his young career.

28-year-old Koepka, amongst Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson, and Jordan Spieth, is the one of five golfers in history to win three or more majors before the age of 29.

Sealing the deal with pars on the 17th and 18th hole at Bellerive County Club, he finished with a 4-under-par 66 and set the 72-hole PGA Championship scoring record with a 264, trumping Jupiter Island’s Tiger Woods and crowd favorite Adam Scott.

The Hanley Foundation invites you to tee off at the 19th Annual Golf Classic at Admirals Cove, Jupiter on Monday, April 16, 2018. Hanley Foundation’s mission is to offer substance abuse prevention and education programs for parents, caregivers and school-age children. The Hanley Foundation provides financial aid scholarships for patients who could not otherwise afford addiction treatment. Banyan Cay Resort and Golf Club, formerly President Country Club has secured North Palm Beach resident Jack Nicklaus to redevelop its golf course. Nicklaus will renovate the current 18-hole golf course, turning it into a Nicklaus signiature golf course.

The 245-acre Banyan Cay site, located east of Interstate 95, off Congress Avenue north of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, near the Palm Beach Outlets, is approved for 145 houses, a condo tower and a resort hotel in addition to the golf course and country club. Noble House Hotels & Resorts has been contracted to develop the hotel and country club. Noble House is a national boutique hotel operator with several Florida properties including the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples.
