As of July 26th, the U.S. homeownership rate is at 64.3 percent, up a tenth of a percent from the first quarter of the year, according to the U.S. Commerce Department.

The rate has been slowly rising since the market crash years ago but is still not up to the peak of 69.2 percent in 2004. In one year, ownership has increased by less than one percent over all, but homeowners under the age of 35 has increased 1.2 percent.

While progress is slow, it's still moving forward, and thanks to easier credit standards and a growing strong job market more people are finding room to invest in a home of their own.

If you'd like to see homes available for sale in South Florida based on your budget, use Waterfront Properties' customizable search option here.

The "triangle of youth" is a facial map shaped like a triangle, which shows the fuller parts of our faces. When we're young the triangle faces downward, as most of our fat is in the forehead, cheeks, and around the eyes and lips. When we get older the triangle inverses, as sagging skin weighs down our faces and makes us start to look noticeably different. Research shows that on top of that, pigmentation changes from years of sun can also make a person look anywhere from 10-12 years older and studies claim nearly 50 percent of people with issues like hyperpigmentation say they're insecure about their skin. Thankfully, there are more ways than ever to help rejuvenate our bodies, and with procedures like dermal filler injections carrying less of a stigma…

Want to learn how to catch Grouper, Snapper and other reef/wreck dwelling fish? Check out the free West Marine Bottom Fishing Seminar in Jensen Beach on Thursday, August 15th. Expert anglers will present how to hook nearshore fish, which baits and lures to use and how to rig a fishing pole based on the type of fish you want to hook.

Bottom fishing is different from sport fishing because it's done in more shallow waters and the pole is rigged with a weight tied at the base of the line with the bait and hook a few inches higher. There are many ways to rig a line in bottom fishing and it's usually based on the fish you're after. When hooking a Grouper for example, an angler will use the "fish finder rig," but fishing for Catfish, they'll probably use…
