The holidays are all about being kind and generous. This Thursday we will celebrate things we have and are thankful for with our friends and family. Ironically, the next day we'll run to the store and grab everything we can on Black Friday, or some of us who don't want to race the crowd will wait until Cyber Monday. Giving Tuesday is a movement to bring us back in the spirit of gratitude and giving after we've gone on a crazed shopping spree.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving powered by social media (hence the hashtag). It starts the charitable season when many focus on who they want to help before the year ends. To participate, all you have to do is go to givingtuesday.org and you can find local organizations like non-profits and schools…

President Trump is returning to his home at the exquisite Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach for the holiday. He is expected to arrive today around 5:15 p.m. and stay until 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 26th.

Residents can expect traffic changes in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach near the Lantana Airport at the times of his arrival and departure. The county closes State Road A1A in front of the Mar-a-Lago which means residents to the south on Billionaires Row have to detour through West Palm Beach if they want to go to restuarants or shopping at Worth Avenue. Marley Herring, President of the Worth Avenue Association said the changes took some getting used to after Trump's first few times visiting but now merchants and townspeople have gotten used to the…

Sons & Daughters Farm and Winery in Lake Worth is more like a dreamland than a farm. The 17-acre plantation includes rows of trees, gardens, patios covered in string lights, wooden stage areas, small farm animals, and an all-over ambiance of a pastel vintage getaway. It was named #1 on New Times list of Top 10 Farms in Palm Beach County for reasons you will see when you get there.     The farm was created after a commercial nursery was decimated after a series of hurricanes in 2005. Teal Pfiefer and David Bick spent years re-nurturing the land with fresh soil, turning it into an organic farm free of chemicals. The couple then began planting crops that would thrive in the climate naturally, without any preservatives or need for harmful farming…
