While the mullet run hasn’t completely caught fire yet, catch and release snook fishing has been plentiful lately, with the Palm Beach Inlet, Juno Pier, Jupiter Inlet, and Loxahatchee River churning with keepers ready to be your catch of…

Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA) ranked ninth best airport in the nation, according to Travel + Leisure Magazine.

Airports across the U.S. were rated on access, check-in, security, restaurants, bars, shopping, and design by readers of the popular travel magazine.

Stand-out features of PBIA are its eight-hole putting green, a full service salon and spa, the KidZoo play area, outdoor fenced-in pet relief areas, nursing suites, free WI-FI, charging stations, nine restaurants, and two bars.

Airports have become more than just a brief stop on the way to a destination, and now play a substantial role in economic development. A major draw for home buyers, having a world-class airport like PBIA adds to the desirable Palm Beach area as a top…

On August 25th, 2018, Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse will be hosting a moonrise tour to view the full moon from the top of the lighthouse.

On this day, the moon will be in “Waxing Gibbous” phase, meaning it is more than 50% illuminated but not yet a full moon, with the complete full moon actually happening at 7:56 am the next morning.  However, the moon will be high in the eastern sky around sunset, and will be 99% illuminated, providing for an all-around picturesque view.

According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, the August full moon is called the Sturgeon Moon because sturgeon (a type of northern fish) are more easily caught in August during this moon. Hopefully, in true South Florida style, the stars will align and lucky fisherman will be calling this…
