The city of Palm Beach Gardens is suitably named, as it is comprised of 30 percent flourishing greenery. Located seven miles north of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens is known for its excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and Legacy Place. Boating and fishing are plentiful, as are beautiful luxurious waterfront homes, some even sitting directly on the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, if not the Intracoastal Waterway.

Have you ever heard the expression "eat like a king"? The Town of Jupiter has an all-time favorite diner for locals and visitors alike. It is a tiny diner known as the Royal Café. Royal Café is where you go to get feel-good, old fashioned love on a plate. The café is family owned by a hands on, delightful couple, Rick and Amy Biederwolf. From the moment you walk into the vintage café you are welcomed. It's hard not to feel like you're visiting a neighbor or sitting down at Grandma's kitchen table. The warm smiles and genuine interaction from servers goes beyond the common conversation.

Find inner peace through the practice of mindfulness.   Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment the ability to be fully present, aware of what we are doing and where we are at, not responding to what is going on everywhere.  Mindful Magazine suggests that the “mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through. Our mind takes flight, we lose touch with our body, and pretty soon we’re engrossed in obsessive thoughts about something that just happened or fretting about the future. And that makes us anxious.”

The Mindfulness Support Groups of Palm Beach County offer programs based on the practice of mindfulness.  Programs are offered throughout Palm Beach County. This course will…

Enjoy fresh, local seafood just steps from the ocean. In Palm Beach, there is only one true outdoor restaurant at the ocean’s edge. Atlantic Bar and Grill, located in the Four Seasons Resort, 2800 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach serves lunch and dinner daily.

The Executive Chef, Tory Martindale, feels food should be fun and whimsical.  He is quoted as saying, “I love to create dishes by mixing different cultural pinpoints of flavor and style. A chef’s mind is a giant library of flavors, combinations, techniques and plating concepts. Whenever I build a dish, it’s like flipping through a massive directory and finding the nuances that may connect one item to another and then synergizing it all into what you are creating at the moment.”
