According to a WPTV News interview with Dr. Jerry Parrish, chief economist at the Florida Chamber Foundation, Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast can expect a 25-35% population growth over the next 10 years.

Parrish said the state of Florida has 250,000 jobs that need to be filled. As metro areas, Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast can expect an influx of new residents, and with lots of homes available, entertainment activities for all ages and a blue coastline, the area will be attractive to anyone searching for jobs in the state.

Jupiter Hills will make Florida golf history this month when it hosts the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship on May 19th-23rd, making it the first course in the state to hold multiple USGA Championships.

Jupiter Hills was created by Hall of Fame architect Tom Fazio, who designed more than 40 courses in Florida. Fazio has 14 courses on Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses- more than any other designer alive.

The Jupiter Hills course is different than any other because it is built upon natural hills of a sand ridge that runs all the way up to Vero Beach. There was never a need to bring sand to the course and yet each hole has a 40-50 yard elevation change. “There was a geologic study that showed where Jupiter Hills was built, thousands of…

“Palm Beach is completely on fire,” said Todd Michael Glaser, a top-tier homebuilder who gained his fame in Miami but has recently started focusing on Palm Beach County, “I’ve never seen the amount of $8 million to $70 million-dollar homes as in the last three and a half, four months. It’s staggering.”

Aside from Palm Beach island, home to many celebs and Billionaire's Row, Palm Beach County has generally taken third place in…
