This weekend, the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is hosting two Minor League Baseball games beginning tonight. The Roger Dean Stadium is located within Jupiter’s Downtown Abacoa and is home to a variety of entertainment, shopping, and restaurants.

The stadium is home to two Minor League Baseball Teams, the Jupiter Hammerheads, and the Palm Beach Cardinals. In addition, the stadium is also home to two Major League Teams during their Spring Training, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Miami Marlins.

Jupiter residents are invited to attend Saturday morning FREE yoga classes in the park. Cinquez Park is located at 2183 West Indiantown Road in the Town of Jupiter.  All levels of yoga practice experience are welcome with beginners and first timers encouraged to join Saturday at 9:00am.  Classes will continue through June 12, 2021.

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, in West Palm Beach, will host the Palm Beach Symphony as the 2021 season comes to an end.  On Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 7:30pm, guest pianist Alexander Toradze, performs Ravel’s lighthearted and sparkling Piano Concerto in “G” Major with a tribute to American jazz.

In the second Palm Beach Symphony premiere of Ravel on the evening’s program, the Symphony performs Ma Mère l’Oye, or the Mother Goose Suite, which like the fairy tales it celebrates, enchants listeners with a sense of wonder. Brahms' first orchestral work, Serenade No. 1 in D, allows the Symphony to shine in a proper conclusion to a historic season.

The South Beach Wine & Food Festival hits the beach and other spots throughout Palm Beach and Broward County. Tons of different dinners, parties, and wine tastings to choose from in various fun spots in Southeast Florida.

The festival, which runs from Thursday, May 20, to Sunday, May 23, will differ from years past due to pandemic-related safety measures. 

There will be four events:

+ May 20, 2021 is an indoor-outdoor tour of the Delray Beach Market Food Hall, 33 SE Third Avenue, Delray Beach with “MasterChef” Season 10 finalist Nick DiGiovanni.

This May, Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is hosting several outdoor concert on Friday and Saturday nights. The outdoor concerts are free to attend, and all are welcomed.

The bands performing feature a diverse lineup of local and regional bands playing all genres of music. The concerts take place in the Centre Court of the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center.

Before or after the concert stop by one of the several restaurants to grab something to eat and drink. Lighthouse ArtCenter Gallery, located at 373 Tequesta Drive in the quaint seaside Village of Tequesta, rouses the senses with fabric/textile exhibition entitled “Stitched” through May 27, 2021.  The exhibit is an exhibition commemorating the art of textiles.

Various collections from textile artists will be on display including Kirk Ke Wang’s, “Landscape of Human Skins.” Ke Wang’s work incorporates abandoned pieces of clothing, or as he refers, “skins”.  He incorporates clothing left behind by civilization through a succession of large-scaled colorful, mixed media collages.
