True Food Kitchen, a health minded food concept made famous by the Dr. Andrew Weil, a healing foods guru is opening a restaurant in the Gardens Mall next year. The national restaurant chain gained Orpah Winfrey as an investor last year. The Palm Beach Gardens location will be the company’s third location in Palm Beach County.

The company announced a new location just a year after True Food Kitchen had opened a located at the Boca Raton’s Town Center mall. The Boca Raton location is a 7200 square foot restaurant and the Gardens Mall location is expected to be a little larger at 8000 square feet with both indoor and outdoor dining. The newly constructed and continuing to grow neighborhood in Palm Beach Gardens is set to get more shopping and dining options to their Town Center. Alton, location off of Donald Ross Road and east of Interstate 95, construction workers are busy getting everything together.
