The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium is now home to the Dinosaur Revolution Exhibit. The exhibit opened at the South Florida Science Center this April and visitors will be able to check out dinosaurs at the exhibit until the end of November.

The exhibit features a giant Maze Adventure, role-play activities, Mesozoic Missions spanning over 150 million years, and much more. Become a junior paleontologist and search for clues and evidence of dinosaur activities and learn more about dinosaurs.

This May, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum has two remaining Lighthouse Sunset Tours. On Wednesday nights, the Lighthouse invites the public to attend a tour of the lighthouse at sunset.

Climb to the top of the Lighthouse Towers and witness the incredible sunset views of Jupiter. Those who attend the tour will get a chance to witness the Light turn on and illuminate the sky as well as get a sneak peek inside the Lighthouse Watchroom to see how everything works.

The Lighthouse Sunset Tours last approximately an hour and cost $25 dollars per person or $20 dollars per Lighthouse Members. Children are welcomed to attend the tour and must be 48 inches tall to climb the 105 steps to the top of the Lighthouse and be accompanied by an adult.

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting three Lighthouse Sunset Tours this May. At Sunset, climb to the top of the iconic red lighthouse and take in the spectacular sunset views over Jupiter.

During the Lighthouse Sunset Tour, guests will get a sneak peek inside the Lighthouse Watchroom to see how everything works. Guests will even be able to witness the light turn on and illuminate the sky during the tour.

For the entire month of May, the Palm Beaches is dedicated to celebrating art and culture in the county. The art and culture series is called MOSAIC and is happening this May. Wednesday nights the Lighthouse is open to visitors for the Lighthouse Sunset Tour. Visitors can climb the 105 steps to the top and take in the incredible sunset views over Jupiter. The famous Norton Museum of Art is excited to be open and welcoming guest back. This year, the museum is celebrating its 80th Anniversary and in the beginning of February held a virtual celebration to celebrate the milestone.

The Norton Museum of Art was founded in 1941 by Ralph H. Norton and his wife Elizabeth. Norton was an industrialist in Chicago who was head of the Acme Steel Company. The idea of the museum came about because the two used to collect art and items to decorate their homes.

The couple spent a lot of time in Palm Beach County and when they were semi-retired in 1935, the Norton’s not knowing what to do with their massive art collection decided to create their own museum in West Palm Beach. Construction for the gallery and the School…

The Society of the Four Arts, Esther B. O'Keeffe Gallery, 102 Four Arts Plaza, Palm Beach, is presenting “In God We Trust: Early Bible Printings” from the David M. Rubenstein Americana Collection. It is an extraordinary exhibition of historic American Bibles and religious texts, many of which have rarely been displayed. The exhibit is currently running through Sunday, February 28, 2021. 

Visitors to the exhibition will also enjoy listening to music from one of the books. This is hymn music, recorded by students from Palm Beach Atlantic University’s School of Music & Fine Arts, from the first American book of music printed from type.

Palm Beach County’s FotoFusion is back again this February after another successful year. The annual festival is presented by the Palm Beach Photographic Centre and is normally held in downtown West Palm Beach, but this year the event is going complete virtual.

The show promises to still be as vibrant as ever, showcasing internationally known photographers for virtual portfolio reviews and virtual engagements. This year, the event will spotlight photojournalist Maggie Steber, who will be receiving this year’s prestigious FOTOMentor Award. Steber is one of the keynote lectures during this year’s FotoFusion along with photographers Keith Carter and Joyce Tenneson, and world-famous poet Richard Blanco.
