This weekend join the group of Blue Friends for a monthly Beach Clean Up in Juno Beach. The Beach Clean Ups are on the third Saturday of every month.

You are asked to bring your own bucket and garden gloves to collect the trash and help keep our beaches clean. The beaches of Juno Beach is one of the world’s most populated sea turtle nesting spots and where sea turtles call home.

The cleanup will begin at 8:30 am and last approximately an hour. Following the cleanup, a light breakfast will be sponsored by Dunkin’ Donuts and there will be free coffee provided by Oceana Coffee. The cleanup will be cancelled if there is severe weather in the area.

Come and celebrate the Palm Beach lifestyle at the Lilly Pulitzer’s Beach Bash that helps support and benefit the Sea Turtle Hospital at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the friends at Lilly Pulitzer have partnered together for the ultimate Beach Bash party. The annual Beach Bash is now its 14th year and is one of Lilly Pulitzer’s largest annual charity event.

The theme this year is Squeeze the Day, because the fashion brand Lilly Pulitzer once started as a juice stand. The bright and colorful patterned outfits and designs were founded by the former Palm Beach resident Lilly Pulitzer in 1959. The Pulitzer family owned several Florida citrus orange groves and Lilly opened a juice stand on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.…

This weekend, head to the Riverwalk Plaza in Jupiter for the inaugural Toast to the Coast hosted by Teach the Beach Foundation.

The Toast to the Coast will help benefit the ocean and environment conservation. Many outreach and learning programs will be present from many of our local environmental conversation non-profits and organizations.

The event will feature local Food Trucks and live music from Jakob Takos and Kevin O Live. There will also be shopping, entertainment and much more.

Teach the Beach Foundation is a no profit organization whose mission is to create awareness and educate the public on ways to help conserve our local oceans and environment.

On the third Saturday of every month, a large group from Blue Friends and the public get together and hosts their monthly Beach Clean Up.

Join the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum for their Annual Rendezvous at the Light fundraiser to help benefit the lighthouse.

The annual waterfront fundraiser is back for another year and this year the event plans to be better than ever. The fundraiser is the biggest fundraiser held at the Jupiter Lighthouse and the proceeds go towards helping to lighthouse run and operate, help to preserve the heritage site and help to promote more educational programs.

Top area restaurants and breweries get together for one night to bring delicious food and drinks to the event. In addition to the great food and drinks, there will be a spectacular silent auction, live music and entertainment and much more.

On Monday’s, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center hosts new Living Beaches event. Join the Marinelife Center staff and you local neighbors to learn about our beaches.

The hour-long interactive course will discuss the Florida’s coastal ecosystems and will discover how sea turtles make their way onto Juno Beach, one of the world’s most populated sea turtle nesting location in the world.

The tours and presentations provide visitors with a hands on experience while creating a lasting impression that connects the environment with the importance of protecting it.

The cost is free to attend and is geared towards those 12 years old and older.

The next Living Beaches is this Monday, November 4th at 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

Head to the beach and Harbourside Place in Jupiter this Saturday for the 3rd Annual Jupiter Golden Jubilee. Bring the whole family for a day of fun in the sun and of course our favorite Golden Retrievers.

The Jupiter Golden Jubilee celebrates Golden Retrievers and helps bring awareness to the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study. The study is one of the largest and most comprehensive prospective canine health studies in the United States. The study is to identify the environmental, nutritional, generic risk and lifestyle of the beloved pets.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is dedicated to helping protect the ocean, marine life and injured and endangered sea turtles through their rehabilitation center and research programs. More recently the Loggerhead Marinelife Center has begun expansion on their new 27,000 square foot facility to help provide more research space and rehabilitate more sea turtles.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center has raised millions of dollars for their expansion through their Waves of Progress campaign which launched in 2017. With the expansion, the center is dedicated to providing more outreach programs and education for both the public and the researchers at the center.

Come and enjoy the serenity of Yoga on the Beach while listening to the sounds of the ocean’s waves.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is hosting a Deep Blue Yoga class on Saturday, October 19th following their Beach Clean Up. The yoga event is designed for all levels of yoga and all are encouraged to attend.

The Yoga class begins at 10 am and goes until 10:45 am and is free to attend. Donations are appreciated and will be donated and used towards the sea turtle conservation and awareness.
