The Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals come to the Jupiter community of Abacoa for spring training and each year flocks of people migrate to Abacoa’s Main Street.  Main Street is just adjacent to Roger Dean Stadium, and a pleasant area to walk and enjoy dinner al fresco.

There is a lot more to Abacoa than just spring training baseball.  This quaint, brick lined street hosts a variety of shops, restaurants and taverns.  Top places to eat in Abaco are plentiful ranging from brewery/pub to casual French bistro.

Not only have food trucks taken over the streets of the culinary world but they are taking over Jupiter! Gourmet Food Trucks started rolling through Abacoa and lining the Intracoastal and the masses have followed. Every second Friday of the month at the Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter, Florida is a “Food Truck Invasion.”

The Food Truck Invasion got its start in the spring of 2013 and they are a gourmet sensation on wheels. They have been featured in top magazines, blogs and TV shows. If you have a classic car or you just love to look at them, you have to check out the monthly classic car show at the Abacoa Town Center, in Jupiter, Florida. The Abacoa Town Center Cruise In is held on the first Saturday of every month and the next Classic Car Cruise-In is coming up this Saturday!

All of the streets that wind through the Abacoa Town Center are blocked off and are lined with impeccable classic cars and cool custom rods. This popular cruise is limited to year 1974 and older vehicles (later models of special interest may be allowed with prior approval). The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium  and Bricks 4 Kidz would like to make youth camps, interesting classes and other fun events  readily available to the northern Palm Beach County Area.  The proposed new center will be in the Town of Jupiter’s Abacoa Community.

The West Palm Beach based not for profit has leased 2,000 square feet in Abacoa’s retail and restaurant expanse formally known as Abacoa Town Center.  The newly renovated downtown is a family friendly and date appropriate venue.  The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for place to unwind or somewhere to relax with the family, there is something for everyone.
