The beloved Abacoa Food Truck Invasion is coming to town this weekend and it is sure to be a hit, just like every other time it rolls to town. The food trucks bring an eclectic mix of delicious street foods, hand crafted cocktails and family fun to one easy location. 

Artisan chefs prepare different dishes from all over the world in their tiny kitchens, within their food trucks. You can find things like authentic tacos from Mexico, Korean specialties; Thai noodles, amazing Italian meatballs and mouthwatering burgers and hand cut fries. Locals and tourists alike have flocked to the food trucks in droves for the tasty delicacies the trucks offer. The Abacoa Food Trucks have been a hit in Jupiter and all of Palm Beach County since the spring of 2013!

After years in the mix and coming to town once a month, the Classic Car Cruise-In has earned a large following. The event fills the streets of the Abacoa Town Center with gorgeous classic cars. Every few weeks on a nice Friday evening in the Abacoa Town Center is a popular movie being screened on the lawn for all to enjoy! These fun Friday nights are known as the “Friday Night Flicks.” Open to the public, the newest releases and beloved classic movies are played on the jumbo screen al fresco right in the middle of Abacoa Real Estate.

A subject due to be voted on July 19th by the town council involves the plans for a $500,000 mini golf course. This lavish mini course would be 18 holes and would find a home in the Jupiter community of Abacoa located on the northeast corner of Main Street and Chancellor Drive. 

On May 10th the planning and zoning commission of the town council “unanimously recommended approval” of the course as stated by the Palm Beach Post. The mini golf course if approved would be open for business in about a year’s time. The currently vacant property in which this mini golf course would be located was purchases in 2015 for $5.1 million. The property include 93,000 square feet of Abacoa commercial property and 3 acres of vacant land that would be dedicated to the…

Since the spring of 2013, food trucks have been taking over Abacoa every second Friday of the month in the form of a “Food Truck Invasion.”

This fun and delicious event is a must try in Jupiter. The locals and tourists alike have flocked to the food trucks in droves for the tasty delicacies they offer. Many of the trucks have been featured in top magazines, blogs and TV shows. Every month, the “invasion” brings a unique display of different food trucks each selling their own creations.

Coming in December to Abacoa is a beautiful, $70 million medical research center that will combine education; research and patient care all beneath one roof. This mega medical center is known as The Institute for Healthy Living. 

The same developers that created NuVista Living at Wellington Green in Wellington, Florida will develop this new medical center. The Palm Beach Gardens based developers intend to have a medical partnership with Jupiter Medical Center and a research partnership with Scripps Research Institute. The site features four buildings that will span 235,000 square feet.
