Snook has long been regarded as one of the top eating fish in South Florida. Snook meat is white with a medium firmness, not as delicate as trout but not as dense as swordfish. The Palm Beach County public school system was awarded an “A” once again from the Florida Department of Education. The grade comes from considerations including students’ high-test scores on state exams as well as the county’s high rate of graduation
