Make your way out to the famous Mizner Park in Boca Raton for a night of music, dancing and summer fun at Boca Raton’s Summer in the City. Happening this Friday, June 10th at 7:30pm is a free musical evening put on by the city of Boca Raton.

This weekend at the Sunset Cove Amphitheater in Boca Raton is one of the most exciting and fun packed 5K’s you can do and its called FUN GLOW! Fun Glow 5k is a 3.1-mile run-taking place at night so you can get your glow on! Participants of Fun Glow 5K can walk, run or dance your way through the course. 

A live DJ will be spinning EDM music to encourage a highly energized atmosphere while fog machines; a laser light show, foam cannons and all around glow makes the run more like a party. Every Saturday at Sandborn Square in Boca Raton is dedicated to creating a healthier community in Boca! Free Fitness classes take place every weekend here at the park that are open to the public. 

The Sandborn Square is a scenic park filled with lush greenery and lined with gorgeous Royal Palms. Some of the classes offered at the park include yoga, capoeira that is a Brazilian martial art, and more. The classes typically begin at 9am and then there will be another following at 10:30am. Bring your own yoga mat, a towel and some bottles of water, as the summer months get warm in southern Florida.
