The National Association of Realtors data shows existing home sales ascended again in June 2016. They stated, “Existing home sales maintained their upward trajectory in June and increased for the fourth consecutive month.”

Most people when they think of Florida think of white beaches and the sparkling blue waters off the Atlantic Ocean. Florida is part of the “Atlantic-Gulf Coastal Plain” which occupies much of the eastern and southeastern states.

Golf Digest recently came out with their annual list of the top golf courses in the United States. Golf Digest is the official magazine of the golf world and has compiled a list of “America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses” since 1966.  Ranking at number 12 on that list this year is Seminole Golf Club in the Seminole Landing community.
