Spruzzo is a rooftop restaurant located at the luxurious Ben Hotel in West Palm Beach. When you arrive, there is a separate elevator right at the entrance of the hotel.  Spruzzo is “splash” in Italian.  It will be open in honor of Mother’s Day weekend 5/12 and 5/13 from 9AM -7PM and 8AM -9PM and then daily after that.
