For the tenth year, the City of West Palm Beach is bringing back a 700-ton sand tree, known as Sandi. The holiday season in West Palm Beach kicks off with the city’s annual tree lighting. However, this is no ordinary tree. "Sandi" is a massive, 700-ton tree made completely of sand.
