The first ever “Roots & Ruts Off Road 5K” will take place this Saturday, March 30th. This unique, off-road race meanders through the North Jupiter Flatwoods Natural Area where you will find beautiful native habitats, including mesic flatwoods, wet flatwoods, depression marsh, and dome swamp ecosystems.

District Fit is returning this spring for its third edition to downtown West Palm Beach after two successful editions. The fitness festival attracted over 1,500 participants last year and is expecting more people this year.

The festival is taking place Thursday, March 7th through Saturday, March 9th at the Hilton West Palm Beach and CityPlace. The goal of the festival is to promote a heathier lifestyle throughout the community.

Orange Theory Fitness of Delray Beach has teamed up with local brewery Saltwater Brewery to host the 2nd annual Burn N Brew 5K!

This run is a fun and exciting way to start off the new year with some physical exercise, amazing craft beers and socialize with fun people in the community.

Located at the Saltwater Brewery, registration starts at 4 p.m. on January 20th, 2019 or ahead of time. There is a $5 required donation to this month's community outreach charity - Community Greening.

Sunset Beach Yoga will happen this Sunday on Delray Beach from 4:00pm – 5:30pm. The session will be guided (but also open to self-practice) and will last about 80 minutes. Several techniques will be practiced including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Asana and Pranayama practice, and the session will finish in a Savasana (meditation- laying down.)

Start times may vary slightly depending on season and sunset time.
