Some of the top local Boca Raton restaurants offer four weeks of great food and dining specials during their 2nd Annual Boca Restaurant Month. More than 20 restaurants in the city and surrounding area of Boca participate in a three-course menu at special prices for both lunch and dinner.

Boca Restaurant Month is similar to Flavor Palm Beach which is also going on during the month of September. Flavor Palm Beach offers special discounts and menus at some of the most popular Palm Beach County restaurants.

The Gumbo Limbo Nature Center was founded in 1984 as a unique cooperative project by the city of Boca Raton., Florida Atlantic University, The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District and the Friends of Gumbo Limbo.

During 2018, more than 200,000 visitors visited the Nature Center and enjoyed a walk on their boardwalk, saw the thousands of tropical fish in their aquariums, attended one of their many events, visited the Butterfly Garden, or saw one the sea turtle patients in their rehabilitation center.

The Gumbo Limbo Center Nature Center focuses on environmental education, research and conservation and provides a protective barrier island to many plants, animals, and Marinelife, many are endangered.

The Town Center at Boca Raton has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation. The renovations were done to improve the mall and keep customers coming in by offering first class amenities and stores.

The World’s largest inflatable theme park is coming to Boca Raton this weekend. The large touring theme park, Big Bounce America, currently holds the official title in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest bounce house at 10,000 square feet.

The bouncy theme park features 50 unique obstacles, climbing towers, basketball hoops, slides, ball pits, competitive games, a DJ area, and a 60-foot maze designed for all ages in three areas.
