Palm Beach County is open for business and the world is listening. In the past few weeks Palm Beach County has secured large investments from two national companies.

Elliot Management, a $41-billion dollar hedge fund out of New York, recent announced plans to move into the Phillips Point complex in West Palm Beach. The short-term lease is temporary space until Elliott can open more permanent offices of at least 25,000 square feet. The likely landing spot, according to the Palm Beach Post is 360 Rosemary, the new office building under construction by Related Cos. at Rosemary Square, according to two real estate sources. By establishing West Palm Beach as its headquarters, the firm will be able to escape New York's high taxes.

On October 19th, a friend of Kristin Deaton of Jupiter, Florida was in town visiting after the unexpected passing of her mother, and accidentally dropped a very sentimental ring into the intracoastal at the marina behind U-Tiki Beach.

“This is the longest of long shots, but I believe in the good in people, and I need people to please SHARE this.” Deaton wrote on Facebook, “If anyone in the Jupiter area finds this VERY sentimental ring, PLEASE contact me. Yes, I’m aware it will probably take divers to recover it at this point, but in the off chance that it washes up somewhere, or is found, I will absolutely pay a reward. Due to Covid-19, our local local Animal EDventure Park had to temporarily close, but they still have animals to take care of, and are working to bring in lost revenue while providing a safe, educational, and fun activity for adults and children of all ages! They are now able to offer safe no contact Guided Safari Tours at their farm.

These drive-thu animal tours each get their own personal guide who will educate and interact with you over the phone, while you remain safely in your car during the entire tour.
