Bring the family out for a fun outdoor family experience. Scheduled for August 5, 2022, is Family Night Hike at Riverbend Park! Riverbend Park is a 680 acre preserve in the Town of Jupiter. The park is an ideal destination for hikers who want a taste of the wilds of South Florida.

The preserve has nearly ten miles of interconnected trails. The trails make up the trail network, engineered, broad walkways of compacted limestone and an additional seven miles of equestrian trails afford a more natural surface. You cannot get lost as all the trails are clearly marked and there are stations with trail maps.

Palm Beach County shoppers will have the opportunity to take advantage of savings on eligible purchases of apparel, school supplies, and electronic devices like laptops, desktops, and tablets. The Florida Back to School sales tax holiday is July 25 to August 7, 2022, when there will be no state sales tax on qualifying items. Students and non-students are welcome to purchase tax-exempt items.

The City of Boynton Beach hosts a fun family event called the “First Friday @ 5 Concert”. Mark your calendars for the next first Friday of the month concert on August 5th, 2022. The event is filled with food trucks, eco-friendly kids’ activities, live music, and much more. 

This month's free family-friendly concert will feature the Stray Dog Band. The event is geared toward guests of all ages. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets and enjoy the fresh air and fun from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
