For months now, anyone who has driven by Carlin Park here in Jupiter has seen the sign saying "Oceanfront Restaurant Coming Soon". For twenty-five years, the Lazy Loggerhead Cafe occupied the big blue building on the hill, serving up breakfast and lunch fare. But for about a year now, that space has sat unoccupied. We now know that the new occupant will be the fourth location for Dune Dog Cafe!
