Toll Brothers has construction underway for one of their newest communities in North Palm Beach, Frenchman's Harbor.  At each home site there will be Intracoastal Waterway access and a deepwater boat dock.

The 18-hole "Hills" course at the Jupiter Hills Club facility in Tequesta, Florida features 6,915 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 74.4 and it has a slope rating of 144 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by Thomas Fazio, ASGCA, the Hills golf course opened in 1970.
