The Loggerhead Marinelife Center hosts a variety of events every day.  The sea turtle research and rehabilitation center added Rescue to Release Virtual Theater Show every day that has become a popular event. 

The event is a virtual realty experience that allows visitors to follow a sea turtles journey from rescue to release back into the ocean. The narrated event uses virtual reality headsets that takes visitors through real action scenes of a sea turtle being rescued, through the hospital and rehabilitation process, and being released back into the ocean. 

The event costs $5 dollars per person and the event is recommended those 8 years old and up.

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy have announced their plan for a new tech-infused golf league called the TGL. The league will feature six teams of three PGA TOUR players and will play its matches in a new custom-built arena on Monday nights right here in Palm Beach County. This primetime event will feature players such as Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas, and Adam Scott who have already committed to play as well as a handful of other PGA pros.

The TGL is the brainchild of Woods and McIlroy, who have been working on the project for several years. They are joined by TMRW Sports CEO and founder Mike McCarley. The assumption is that TGL stands for “TMRW Golf League.”

Every Wednesday in the month of June, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their weekly Five Flags Over Jupiter Inlet Event. The event includes a guided tour to learn about the rich military history of the Jupiter Lighthouse. 

The Five Branches of the United States Armed Forces have contributed more than 150 years to the history of the iconic red lighthouse. 

Space is limited to 20 people per week and those who attend will learn about how the Army constructed the Lighthouse before the Civil War, the history of a WWII Naval Building, personal stories of the Coast Guard Lighthouse Keepers, and much more.

This June, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center is hosting their 12th Annual Run 4 The Sea. The fun race is to help raise awareness for endangered and injured sea turtles and for our ocean’s conservation. 

The race will benefit the Loggerhead Marinelife Center mission to promote the conservation of the ocean’s ecosystem with a special focus on endangered and injured sea turtles. 

The Run 4 The Sea has been a Father’s Day tradition in Juno Beach since it started 12 years ago. The run takes place along the beach of Juno Beach, Jupiter, and A1A.

The Flagler Museum, formally known as Whitehall, is a grand estate that features more than 100,000 square feet filled with some of the most important history of Palm Beach Island and the Gilded Age. The grand estate is one of the many famous landmarks and homes located on Palm Beach. 

The home was commissioned by Henry M Flagler, an American Industrialist and founder of Standard Oil, for his wife Mary as a wedding gift.

Flagler asked John Carrere and Thomas Hastings to design and build the grand estate. Carrere and Hastings were famous architects during the Gilded Age and were also the architects for other famous landmarks in New York City such as The New York Public Library and The Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
