The Worth Avenue Association is continuing its tradition of hosting a Historical Walking Tours of Worth Avenue and Palm Beach every Wednesday morning starting this December.

Palm Beach Historian and Tour Leader Rick Ross leads a very informative and fun tour every week. The tour begins at 11 am at 256 Via Amore in the courtyard fountain. Via Amore is across from Tiffany and Co and Chanel just off of Worth Avenue. The historical tours last approximately 75 minutes and covers everything from the history of Worth Avenue, the architectural importance, the influence of world fashion, the Palm Beach social scene, America’s first resort destination during the Gilded Age and more.

Head to Hobe Sound this Saturday for the Christmas Parade and Craft Stroll. This year, the parade is expected to be the biggest parade procession to date.

The parade route will begin along Dixie Highway and Bridge Road. The holiday parade procession will include decorated golf carts, floats, flying reindeer, go karts, boats, RV’s, antique Firetrucks, horses and helicopter flyovers to kick off the holiday fun. More than 1,500 parade participants are expected.

The Hobe Sound Centre Building on Bridge Road will be the Viewing Stand for the parade. The Viewing Stand will also serve as the Judging Stand. On the buildings’ balcony, DJ Dancensound will be blasting all the holiday favorites and latest holiday hits.

Save the date for this Thursday, December 5th to celebrate to kick off to the holidays with the lighting of Sandi the Sand Christmas Tree and Clematis By Night.

After month of preparation, Sandi, the world’s only and West Palm Beach’s 700-ton sand tree will be ready to make its holiday season debut. The Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade is back again for the 25th year and is traveling up the intracoastal waterways from North Palm Beach to the Jupiter Lighthouse, this Saturday, December 7th. Gather the family and friends and line the intracoastal waterways and get to see boats decorated with holiday lights, decorations, and holiday cheer.

Every night starting this Saturday, November 30th, Rosemary Square in downtown West Palm Beach turns into a Winter Wonderland with its Nightly Snowfall.

The holiday season is here and what better way to celebrate the holiday’s than some snow. Luckily for us here in South Florida, we don’t get to experience the cold weather and snowfall. On the last Wednesday of every month, Food Trucks roll into Juno Beach Park for their monthly Food Truck Chow Down.
