The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting several Lighthouse Sunset Tours this month. The Lighthouse reopened to visitors two months ago and their event calendar features a mix of events and tours.

On Wednesday nights during the month of August, the lighthouse hosts their weekly Lighthouse Sunset Tour. Visitors climb to the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse and witness the speculator Jupiter summer sunset and views of the town.

The tour includes a sneak peak inside the Lighthouse Watchroom to see how everything works and you’ll even get a chance to watch the light turn on to light up the sky. The tours last approximately one hour and tickets are required.

Tickets cost $25 dollars per person and $20 dollars for Lighthouse members. Tickets can…

Early voting has started in Palm Beach County yesterday, August 3rd and will soon be open in Martin County and the Treasure Coast later this week. Florida’s Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 18th.

Here is what to bring if you plan on voting early in the Primary Election.

  • A valid photo identification
  • A signature identification

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is open and ready for visitors. Every Monday throughout the month of August, the Lighthouse is hosting their Twilight Yoga at the Light series.

Twilight Yoga at the Light is an outdoor yoga class held at the Lighthouse Deck at sunset every Monday night. All levels of Yoga are welcomed, and all are encouraged to attend. The class is limited to 20 people and registration is required online prior to the class.

The class is taught by yoga instructor Mary Veal. If you plan on attending, you are asked to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, and all those who attend must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
