Jupiter residents have been noticing the latest, state-of-the-art food truck around.  Guanabanas Island Restaurant and Bar is now on four wheels.  Cruising around the northern end of Palm Beach County, the Guanabanas mobile kitchen is offered for festivals and events in Palm Beach County. 

In the United States, the Texas chuck wagon is a pioneer to the modern day food truck. In 1866, a Texas cattle rancher tailored a sturdy old United States Army wagon with interior shelves and drawers.  It was stocked with kitchenware, medical supplies, water, dried beans, coffee, cornmeal, bacon, salted pork, beef, and other easy foods, which were easy to preserve.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park was the first underwater park in the United States and the primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs and their associated marine life such as seagrass beds and mangrove swamps. Years ago, the State of Florida created a short sportsman season to allow recreational divers to catch lobsters before the commercial lobster season begins. Lobster mini season is a highly anticipated event every year. When the official mini season kicks off, the coastal areas of Florida are flooded with lobster hunters trying to get their share of the bounty.
