Every Monday, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum host “Twilight Yoga at the Light”. Where you can experience the serenity of yoga on the lighthouse deck, under a huge banyan tree with the sun setting in the background, providing a perfect way to relax.

The yoga is taught by Mary Veal, from Kula Yoga Shala, located in Jupiter. The outdoor yoga event is for all levels of yoga and beginners are encouraged and welcomed to join in on the fun.

Yoga is a way of connecting yourself and relaxing in your normal everyday life. During the class there is no music, and no harsh lights, just the sounds of the water and nature in the peaceful sessions.
The yoga is offered by donation and you need to bring with you your yoga mat and a flashlight for when the sun goes down.

The event is tonight and every Monday, from 6 pm to 9 pm, at the lighthouse. If rain is in the forecast, yoga is moved from the deck to the museum’s porch, only if lightning is in the forecast will the yoga be cancelled.

You are asked to be arrive 10 or 15 minutes prior to the class and meet at the museum due to the popularity of the classes. From there you’ll be pointed in the right direction, and on your way toward relaxation.

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum is located at 500 Captain Armour’s Way in Jupiter.
