The Kravis Center, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is one the most highly acclaimed performing arts establishments in the entire Southeast. It is composed of four venues, including the Alexander W.  Dryfoos, which has 2195 seats, the Jr. Concert Hall, and Rinker Playhouse, and the Helen K. Persson Hall and outdoor Michael and Andrew Gosman Amphitheater, which can seat up to 1400 patrons. The Kravis Center has been open for 22 years, with their number of performances a year climbing to 800, as well as a total attendance level of over 500,000 patrons. There are a number of regionally based arts organizations that utilize the Kravis Center as their home base, including the Miami City Ballet, Palm Beach Opera, and Palm Beach Pops. There will be over 400 performances during the 2014-2015 season, all of which are from a variety of artists. It is also a popular destination for school trips, having performed for over 2 million school children, in addition to community groups such as the Writers’ Academy, ArtsCamp, Family Fare, Professional Development, and more.
