Please be aware that Palm Beach County is currently under a Hurricane Watch. Sub-Tropical Storm Nichole is currently located East of the Bahamas. Currently, it is forecast to become a category 1 hurricane and hit the West Palm Beach area. Tropical storm force winds are expected in this area as early as Wednesday morning. 

Please prepare your home for a possible landfall or near miss in this area.  Evaluate what aspects of your property need to be prepared for this storm.  Pay particular attention to umbrellas, fabric canopies/awnings, loose furniture/personal items on porches/lanais and pool decks, drainage, etc.

Weed lines have been barren, but if you find any floating debris on the larger side, you may be able to conjure some luck trolling with bonita strips or ballyhoo.
