When you begin exploring for your dream home you may consider sitting down and creating a list of items you wish you could have in this ideal home.  Better yet, grab a piece of paper and fold it in half, on one side of the paper, place at the top of the paper the page the label “Wish List” and on the other side the fold line place the label “Needs List”.  Begin jotting down ideas you would like to have in your dream home.   

Perhaps your “Wish List” may include 6-bedroom suites/ 8 bathrooms/ 6,000 square feet/ with 2 guest houses/ directly on the ocean.  If you can manage to move forward with this “Wish List” move forward with your dream home purchase!  If not, it might be time to take a look at the “Needs List” a bit more carefully and find a…
