 La Goulue, located at 288 S County Rd, Palm Beach,  which opened in October, is the sister restaurant of the New York City  La Goulue eatery. Restaurateur Jean Denoyer points out that La Goulue is a restaurant both in New York and Palm Beach, but the origins are from France. As one would expect, the service was flawless, from arrival at valet parking to the beautiful open bar area and great selection of French wines right on through to dessert. La Goulue is perfect with a menu of divine classics such as a Gruyère, Parmesan, and white truffle souffle.  The souffle has been a favorite at the NYC location since 1972. The food itself is pure self-indulgence which is perfectly suited to a restaurant whose name translates to “the glutton”.
