SoulCycle In Palm Beach
The popular indoor cycling studio has returned to Palm Beach this season for another pop-up shop in the Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach Island.
The spin cycle studio is in its second trail in the area after the success of last year. The New York City based company returned to Palm Beach on November 20th and runs until March 31st for its Destination SOUL Pop-Up shop.
The company started 12 years ago as a way to help people get in shape without spending too much time working out. The company has locations in several states and major cities including Boston, New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Austin, and Chicago.
The closet SoulCycle studio to Palm Beach County is in Miami with locations in Brickell, Miami Beach, and Coral Gables.
The classes are led by cycling pros and include low lighting rooms, loud music, weights, upper body workouts, core workouts, and choreography all wrapped into an intense 45-minute ride that are scheduled multiple times a day. Click here to see the class schedule.
Palm Beach is just one of three cities part of the Destination SOUL pop-up shops. The two other locations include Vail and Aspen. The cost for the class is $40 dollars and includes a smart water and rental shoes that clip into the bike. The classes can be paid on a pay as you go basis rather than a membership structure like most fitness centers.
