All of sun soaked Palm Beach County offers great shopping for its people. Making a noteworthy splash on the spending scene are the unique shopping districts from Palm Beach to Jupiter in northern Palm Beach County. 

Downtown West Palm Beach has become a hit amongst locals for its eclectic mix of big brand and local boutiques, incredible international food scenes, buzzing nightlife and cultural spots with over a 100 years of history. The miles of water frontage, with gardens, benches and winding docks to walk, only accentuate this happening city. Here is a guide to West Palm Beach’s interesting shops and districts:

Northwood Village

Once an insider’s secret, Northwood Village has recently become very popular amongst the locals and tourists. Northwood Village is the perfect destination for those interested in something truly special. The boutiques here are funky, and friendly offering a taste of surf culture, island style and global clothing. Antique shops are also popular here filled with treasures you can’t find anywhere else. Northwood Village’s Main Street is an epicenter of diverse restaurants offering the finest cultural dishes. Mediterranean, Indian, Spanish and Italian are some of the cuisines you can enjoy here and they deliver the real deal when it comes to authenticity.

Clematis Street

The Clematis District is at the top of South Florida's favorite list when it comes to shopping destinations. Here one can find chic home furnishings and décor at Pioneer Linens, a flagship store of downtown since 1912 prized for its luxurious home goods. Many other small boutiques and big name stores line the streets of downtown West Palm but where Clematis Street really packs a punch is with its restaurants. The nightlife and food scene offers French, seafood, authentic Mexican and handcrafted pizzas. Saturdays the streets are filled with local vendors selling their jewelry, art, artisan foods and rare flowers.

The Palm Beach Outlets 

The only outlet shops in the Palm Beaches are the recently developed Palm Beach Outlets. Located just off of I-95, The Palm Beach Outlets are home to some of the most recognized brands in the world but at a huge discount. Up to 70% off of retail prices, stores like Saks Fifth Avenue’s Off of Fifth, Nordstrom Rack, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, J. Crew, Sunglass Hut and more. Shopping here is also very comfortable for outdoor shopping, as the entire outlet center is eco-friendly. Beautiful, open breezeways funnel crisp breezes through the walkways, palm trees line the sidewalks and plenty of benches, fountains and chairs await a patron ready for a break from shopping. Not only is the shopping great at the Palm Beach Outlets but the dining is great too. There is a Whole Foods Market, Cucina Pizza by Design, Starbucks, Subway, BJ’s, Haagen-Dazs and more! 

Antique Row

Found just south of Downtown West Palm Beach is a globally recognized shopping district known as Antique Row. With over 40 vintage shops, boutiques and home design stores, Antique Row is one shopping destination you must visit. You can find one of kind pieces dating back to the 20^th century and earlier or you can peruse shops filled with art deco era pieces, modern décor and custom art and furnishings. Some evenings, Antique Row keeps their shops open late and offers gallery visits with cocktails and gourmet food trucks outside. Antique Row offers its visitors an incredible and diverse change up from your typical shopping experience. 

City Place 

City Place has been a long celebrated destination for shopping, dining and entertainment for the people of Palm Beach County. It is a Mediterranean inspired, open-air destination offering a beautiful movie cinema, over 100 shops and restaurants. Here you can visit home décor stores like Restoration Hardware, Anthropologie, Crate and Barrel and more.
